Job summary

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in Orange, California, to recruit an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant for a direct-hire opportunity. This is a fast-paced, multi-provider practice that has served its community for more than 20 years.

The dentist values professional development and is willing to pay for courses that help the selected candidate strengthen their skills and advance within the practice.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required.
• Active California RDA license preferred but not required.
• Current dental radiology certification and CPR/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials.
• Assist with cosmetic/restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, implants, Invisalign.
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs and impressions.
• Assist with iTero scanning and Open Dental documentation.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
