A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a newly established, modern dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant who would like to help build a new practice while growing with a supportive dental team.
Qualifications
- Minimum prior dental assisting experience.
- Current California DA or RDA credentials.
- Current dental X-ray certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA and infection-control standards.
- Strong communication and organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards.
- Review postoperative instructions with patients.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation.
- Monitor and restock clinical supplies.
- Support efficient patient flow throughout the day.
