Job summary

White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Toledo, OH is seeking a dedicated RD Registered Dietician to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. You will develop individualized nutrition plans, conduct assessments, and provide education to residents and families to support optimal health.

Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required.
• Prior experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities
