Job summary

White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Toledo, OH is seeking an RD Registered Dietician for a part-time role (2 days per week). You will develop personalized nutrition plans, perform assessments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to improve resident outcomes.

Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate needs. Requirements include RD certification; prior nursing home experience is preferred.

RD Registered Dietician Responsibilities

As an RD Registered Dietician, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients with diverse dietary needs and preferences

• Providing education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics

RD Registered Dietician Requirements
