This is a remote position with expectations for onsite meetings primarily at our Shadeland location.
The role involves leading Revenue Cycle operations within the Facility Coding & Quality Department. Responsibilities include departmental decision making, leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality, standardized processes that meet national benchmarks. Candidates should have expertise in multi-specialty facility coding and leadership skills to manage a diverse environment and pursue continuous improvement in efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
