Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate to deliver customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling, cashiering, release of information and customer service.

The role requires meeting productivity and quality standards, with a 30-day onsite training period, after which a hybrid/remote schedule may be available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle preferred.
• Experience with patient registration and financial clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet objectives.
• Bilingual (Spanish) knowledge strongly preferred.
• For Individual Solutions Coordinator, Indiana State Navigator's license is required.

Overview

Mon-Fri between the hours of 8a-7p, 40hrs a week.

Opportunity for hybrid/remote schedule after a 30-day onsite training period at the Revenue Cycle Shadeland office in Indianapolis. Must meet and maintain productivity standards. Wi‑Fi must adhere to company's virtual/Wi‑Fi policy.

This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior‑authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. Position is assigned higher complexity tasks than those expected from RCS‑Associate and incumbents are held to higher productivity and quality standards.

Bilingual (Spanish) knowledge strongly preferred.

For those serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.
