IU Health is seeking a RCS Manager- Rehab Prior Authorization to lead Revenue Cycle Operations for all assigned teams, providing leadership and strategic planning. The role emphasizes strong knowledge of reimbursement management and hospital billing, with a focus on efficient resource use.

The position is hybrid with occasional onsite work, reports to the RCS Director, and will oversee 20 direct reports including Rehab Clinics.

RCS Manager- Rehab Prior Authorization

This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control.

This is a hybrid role with occasional onsite expectations, although this is subject to change. Candidates should have previous experience in prior authorization and insurance verification.
