RCS BHP (Rehabilitative Community Services Behavioral Health Professional)

New Wage Increase

• Starting at $19.00 per hour for Certified BHP's (negotiable with experience)
• $18.50 not certified - will train
• $300 Certification Bonus** (details below), and an iPhone provided for work purposes

Experience is welcome but not required. Training will be provided at no cost if you do not have your BHP certification. RCS is a skill-building program designed to help children improve social skills, increase independence with daily life skills, and safely regulate behavior. Your support in the program may include:

• Teaching daily living skills to children and young adults with behavioral and social needs
• Working closely with supervisors to learn techniques to help clients meet their goals
• Collaborating with families to implement these techniques
