Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner I for night shifts on a per diem basis. You will perform respiratory therapies and pulmonary diagnostics under medical direction, with potential lead responsibilities in the absence of supervision, and care for diverse patient populations.

Qualification includes active RCP license, NBRC CRT, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, plus 2 years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from NBRC required. Hired before March 2026, are exempt.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS from AHA or ARC within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• PALS from AHA within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• Two years of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
• In the absence of a supervisor, may be assigned as Lead RCP and oversee the section during the shift.
