Job summary

Antech Systems, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to facilitate Classic RCM Workshops in support of U.S. Navy programs. You will prepare, document, and close out analyses in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 and approved RCM processes.

You will apply reliability and systems engineering principles to identify failure modes, develop improvements for readiness and life-cycle cost, and collaborate with government customers and engineers to produce traceable RCM reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline or 10 years engineering experience.
• Three+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and classic RCM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for, facilitate, document, and support closeout of Classic RCM Workshops.
• Apply MIL-STD-3034 and RCM procedures, templates, and methods.
• Support workshop planning: scope, data, participants, schedules, deliverables.
• Facilitate discussions on system functions, failures, maintenance needs, and task selection.
• Develop and maintain RCM analysis products and reports.
• Evaluate maintenance requirements to identify gaps and improvements.
• Recommend maintenance actions, intervals, procedures, and training.
• Review technical manuals, data, and drawings for analysis.
