Job summary

Antech Systems, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead Classic RCM Workshops supporting U.S. Navy programs. You will prepare, facilitate, document, and closeout analyses per MIL-STD-3034 and customer procedures.

You will apply reliability, maintenance, and systems engineering principles to improve readiness, reliability, maintainability, and life-cycle cost. You will collaborate with government customers, engineers, analysts, and operators to deliver complete RCM products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of related technical experience.
3+ years in reliability, maintenance, or systems engineering.
Experience with reliability, failure analyses and RCM processes.
Strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

Workshop Execution: Prepare, facilitate, document and close out Classic RCM workshops.
Apply MIL-STD-3034 and approved RCM procedures and templates.
Plan workshops, identify data needs, participants and deliverables.
Lead technical discussions on functions, failures and maintenance tasks.
Develop and maintain RCM analysis products and reports.
Collaborate with government customers and engineers to validate conclusions.
