Job summary

Volare Health is seeking an LPN with supervisory experience to join our team as an RCM Unit Manager. The role directs daily nursing unit functions and guides the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will work under the direction of the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing and participate in initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards for long-term care.

Qualifications

• LPN in good standing and licensed by the State.
• Experience in hospital, long term care facility, or related setting required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with standards.
• Direct the clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care and safety.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to nursing staff within the unit.

Summary

The RCM Unit Manager will direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.


• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.


• Previous experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care related facility required.
