What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training sessions for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department, covering various functions such as Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
- Collaborate with the Education & Development manager to assess and enhance training curriculum effectiveness
- Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling training sessions and maintaining documentation systems
- Assist in the rollout of new systems, processes, or updates within the RCM department
- Work closely with leadership and senior staff to address and fulfill specific training needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of individual and team training experience, or relevant healthcare industry experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively deliver training programs
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive information and communicate professionally with all management levels
- Initiative, motivation, and creativity to adapt to constant changes in the training area

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare industry, particularly with professional physician practices in independent or hospital settings
- Familiarity with AthenaIDX (formerly Centricity Business)
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for physician practices
