Job summary

Passage Health is seeking an RCM Solutions Specialist to optimize revenue cycle processes for ABA providers. You will guide onboarding, configure workflows, and advise clients on best practices while collaborating with the Billing Solutions Director and billing teams.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of ABA billing and RCM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and system adoption across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Review client billing and revenue cycle processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support new client onboarding and RCM implementation.
• Assist with software configuration, workflow design, and operational setup.
• Participate in client discovery sessions and implementation planning.
• Provide consultative guidance on billing workflows, operational efficiencies, and best practices.
• Monitor operational performance across assigned RCM accounts, tracking key metrics, deliverables, and open action items.
• Coordinate claim, denial, aging, and payment follow‑up.
• Support account managers with client requests and operational reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution across billing teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in platform functionality, payer workflows, and implementation methodologies.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation, process guides, training materials, and SOPs.
• Run client training sessions and support user adoption.
• Identify operational risks, workflow bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Escalate complex billing, payer, or system issues as appropriate.
• Partner with the Billing Solutions Director on complex client initiatives and escalations.

About the Role

We’re seeking an RCM Solutions Specialist to support ABA providers through revenue cycle optimization, implementation projects, and day‑to‑day operational management. You’ll work closely with the Billing Solutions Director, account managers, and billing teams to become a subject‑matter expert in platform functionality, billing workflows, and implementation best practices—ensuring operational tasks are completed on time and clients succeed.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of ABA billing and RCM operational experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to guide clients through process improvements and system adoption.
