NextGen Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales – RCM to develop and execute a strategic sales plan driving growth for RCM across NextGen Enterprise and NGO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 6+ years in RCM sales or related field
• 4+ years in Ambulatory Software or HIT sales
• Knowledge of healthcare technology and data privacy practices

Responsibilities

• Manage sales quotas, profit goals, and product expectations for the sales function
• Partner with Sales Management, Executive Leadership and Marketing to implement growth initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing to drive ON lead generation campaigns and bookings growth
• Assist VP, Sales in broadening sales and market trend initiatives
• Motivate and coach the team; deepen product knowledge and pricing strategy
• Align sales plans with processes, IT systems, reports and Salesforce quota tracking
• Provide competitive intel and feedback to product teams about client/prospect needs
• Develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Analyze team performance against market trends and corporate objectives
• Coach reps to improve performance and achieve career goals
