The ideal candidate has 7+ years in corporate training with leadership experience, Epic certification experience preferred, and a track record launching career-path programs with HR partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operationalizing a structured training program or academy.
• Proven track record launching leadership development programs or career pathways with HR/OD teams.
• Experience managing Epic certification programs across a large multi-role revenue cycle workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership for Revenue Cycle workforce development, quality assurance, and competency management.
• Oversee a team of quality and training professionals and align outcomes with operational performance improvements.
• Serve as advisor to RCM operations, HR, Epic, and Compliance leadership to ensure staff credentialing and ongoing development.
