Job summary
UF Health in Florida is seeking a Director of RCM Reporting & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategies for patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denials management. You will guide a team of analysts, report writers, and developers to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across the revenue cycle.
The role partners with senior RCM, Finance, Managed Care, and Compliance leadership; requires Epic Clarity/Cogito experience, Power BI, and cloud
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Health Administration, or related field required.
- Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MS in Data Analytics or related field) preferred.
- 7+ years in healthcare data analytics with leadership experience in revenue cycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-wide leadership for RCM reporting and analytics.
- Lead design, development, and delivery of actionable data insights to drive performance improvements across RCM domains.
- Partner with senior RCM, Finance, Managed Care, and Compliance leadership to translate data into meaningful intelligence.
