Job summary

Synergy Consulting is recruiting for a full-time Home Health Billing Specialist in Florida. The role involves managing billing workflows for home health agencies, submitting electronic claims, posting cash, and analyzing denials across multiple EMR systems and payer portals.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to supervise a team of billers/collectors. Initially office-based with a potential hybrid arrangement after 3–6 months, EST hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with home health billing workflows in Florida.
• Proven analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic claim submissions and cash posting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billers/collectors in high-volume home health billing.
• Manage denials and submissions across EMR and portals.
• Work M-Fri EST with potential 1 remote day per week after probation.
