Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Deep familiarity with telehealth billing and CMS/Medicaid rules.
• Proficient with billing clearinghouses, EHR modules, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing, coding, and collections to meet financial goals.
• Audit denials, improve clean claim rates, and reduce DSO.
• Manage payer relations with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Lead training for providers on documentation to ensure compliance.
