Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a strategic RCM Manager, Eligibility & Doctor Concierge to lead two front-end revenue cycle teams—Eligibility and Doctor Concierge—and to own the audit function. The role requires strong leadership, payer knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, analytics, and field operations to improve accuracy and reduce denials.

You will guide onboarding, training, and performance management, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and payer rules while driving service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4–6 years in eligibility/benefits verification, patient access, medical/dental billing, or revenue cycle operations.
• 2–3 years of people leadership experience managing teams in production or contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach eligibility specialists, concierge representatives, and auditors to meet service and quality standards.
• Oversee daily eligibility and benefits verification activities to ensure accuracy and timely information.
• Own the Doctor Concierge white-glove support and define SLAs, escalation paths, and consistent communication.
• Lead audit activities, develop risk-based plans, and report results with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and vendors on EMR config and reporting.
