Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a seasoned RCM Manager, Eligibility & Doctor Concierge to lead two front-end revenue cycle teams and protect cash flow while delivering a white-glove support experience for doctors and practice teams.

You will own audit, establish SLAs, collaborate with Revenue Cycle, field operations, and IT, and drive process improvements with a service-first mindset and strong analytic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years in eligibility, benefits verification, patient access, billing, or revenue cycle operations.
• 2-3 years of people leadership in a production or contact center environment.
• Experience managing virtual teams and offshore vendor teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach eligibility specialists, concierge reps, and auditors.
• Oversee daily eligibility and benefits verification activities and communicate plan details.
• Design SLAs, escalation paths, and service standards.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and vendor partners on EMR/configuration and reporting.
