The Aspen Group (TAG) is expanding its Revenue Cycle Management leadership with a Manager role overseeing Eligibility and Doctor Concierge services for Aspen Dental and affiliated brands. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach eligibility, concierge, and audit teams to deliver high-quality front-end revenue cycle support.
• Oversee eligibility verification, benefits coordination, and payer communications to minimize denials.
• Design SLAs, dashboards, and QA processes; drive continuous improvement across front-end operations.
