Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Advocate to join our client-facing team in Tampa, FL. You will lead onboarding from intake to go-live, tailoring configurations to provider workflows and revenue cycle management requirements.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of software implementation experience in healthcare IT, strong communication, and familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting software in a high-volume environment.
• Healthcare IT with RCM knowledge including claims, remits and eligibility processes.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cross-OS work experience (Windows, Linux).
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding from intake to go-live with a consultative approach.
• Document client requirements and configure applications to meet provider workflows (RCM).
• Set and manage project timelines, milestones, and expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues analytically and escalate per procedures, ensuring timely communication.
