Inovalon, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Advocate to join our client-facing team in Tampa, FL. You will lead onboarding from intake to go-live, tailoring configurations to provider workflows and revenue cycle management requirements.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of software implementation experience in healthcare IT, strong communication, and familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce.
The Implementation Advocate is part of a consultative implementation team that partners directly with healthcare provider clients to optimize Inovalon products and services based on their unique workflows and business needs. This is an IC-level role suited to someone who is client-facing, solutions-oriented, and brings a working knowledge of revenue cycle management. The team is evolving from transactional service delivery toward a more strategic advisory model, making this an opportunity to grow alongside a team that is expanding its scope and impact.
Inovalon offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The actual base pay may vary and may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Base Compensation Range: $61,000 - $89,000 USD
