Job summary

Ensora Health, a leading provider of software and services for mental and behavioral health, is seeking an RCM Specialist II to manage accounts, resolve complex billing challenges, and drive positive financial outcomes for clinicians and practices.

You will work in a detail-oriented, analytical environment focused on claims submission, denial management, and proactive account management to improve reimbursement efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• 1 year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, behavioral health billing, and therapy reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes: claims submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, AR follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid claims with focus on accuracy and timely resolution.
• Research and resolve claim issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload based on claim age, complexity, and urgency.
• Own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts and monitor performance.
• Partner with clinicians, practice owners, and customers for proactive account management and service excellence.
• Identify trends, denials, and reimbursement challenges; recommend process improvements.
• Utilize technology and tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resolve issues.
• Stay current on payer requirements and industry changes to support customer success.
