Qualifications

• 2+ years medical collections experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all AR collections activities for the RCM department.
• Maintains accurate aging reports and communicates issues to leadership.
• Ensures deadlines for billing, collections, denials, and reporting are met.
• Mentors and coaches the AR team for performance and growth.
• Collaborates with compliance to meet federal/state payer regulations.
• Participates in process improvements to increase revenue and efficiency.
