Qualifications

• Experience in RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting.
• Supervisory or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of California Title 22 RCFE regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily facility needs.
• Must meet applicable background clearance and employment requirements.
• RCFE Administrator Certification is a plus.
