Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Plant Support Engineer to provide on-site manufacturing support. You will diagnose production issues, perform RCA using 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.

Strong embedded C/C++, Linux, and automotive systems skills are required. Responsibilities include debugging across hardware and software levels, handling critical field escalations, and driving CAPA with cross-functional teams to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong experience with RCA and root-cause troubleshooting in manufacturing environments may be required.
• Experience with embedded software and hardware debugging across OSI layers is highly valued.

Seeking a Plant Support Engineer with strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system diagnostics. The role involves providing on-site engineering support for manufacturing operations, identifying and resolving production issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting equipment and process failures and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
