Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• At least 3 years of RC flight experience on fixed wing aircraft and related maintenance operations.
• FAA Part 107 certification required.
• Experience collaborating cross functionally toward common goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization and planning.
• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Experience with scheduling and maintenance processes.
• Highly polished communication skills.
• US Person status required for export-controlled data access.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure RC surrogate fleet readiness and accountability.
• Coordinate with Test & Evaluation partners to keep RC surrogate fleet test-ready.
• Oversee reordering, replacement, or repair of equipment.
• Manage end-to-end movement of vehicles and equipment for demos, deployments, and exercises.
• Assist with test planning with Flight Test Engineers.
• Ensure operations comply with FAA regulations for RC activities.
• Provide feedback to Engineering and T&E teams for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of maintenance and operator training; provide administrative support.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and resolve discrepancies regarding surrogate fleet availability.
