Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years RC flight experience on fixed wing plus maintenance operations
• FAA Part 107
• FAA Part 61 ground school complete (preferred)
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong project prioritization and planning abilities
• Proficient with standard office applications
• Experience with scheduling and maintenance processes
• Excellent communicator
• US Person status (export controlled data)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure RC surrogate fleet readiness
• Coordinate with Test & Evaluation teams to keep the surrogate fleet test-ready
• Oversee reordering, replacement, or repair of assigned equipment
• Execute end-to-end movement of vehicles for demos, deployments, and exercises
• Assist Flight Test Engineers with test planning
• Ensure RC fleet compliance with FAA regulations
• Provide feedback to Engineering and T&E for continuous improvement
• Maintain maintenance and operator training records; provide admin support
• Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies regarding fleet availability
