Job summary

Hawai`i Behavioral Health (HBH) is hiring Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBT Trainees for in-home, in-community, and in-clinic services across Hawaii. Part-Time with flexible afternoons/evenings; pay range $25.00–$29.00 per hour; minimum 15 billable hours weekly in various locations including Oahu, Maui, and Hawai`i Island.

We offer 40-hour RBT training for trainees at no cost, supervised by HBH BCBAs, plus benefits eligibility after 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification preferred
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current CPR/BLS Certification required
• Current First Aid Certification required
• TB Test
• Background Check; completed by employer during Pre-Hire Status
• Reliable transportation
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel between service locations preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide support addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill development
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with BCBAs regarding treatment updates
• Maintain accurate session documentation and communication with the clinical team
• HBH provides services in-home, in-community, and/or clinic settings
