Job summary

ABC Group Hawaii is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with ASD in a clinic setting on Oahu. Starting pay is $21/hour with a raise to $22/hour after 6 months and opportunities to reach $29/hour through promotions.

We provide in-house RBT training at no cost, mentorship, and a structured 6-week RBT program. Full-time Monday–Friday hours are offered, with additional part-time options and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized care plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to foster independence.
• Accurately collect data and maintain documentation in line with HIPAA standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
