Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on ABA training by BCBA-defined plans.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, collect progress data, and collaborate with families. Local travel is required for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
