Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time, in-home and community sessions. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and work 1:1 with children, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers mentorship, potential full-time growth as caseloads expand, and a pathway toward BCBA advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
