Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, school, or community sessions. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on ABA training to make a meaningful impact on families we serve.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
