Dream Builders ABA in Painter, Virginia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will help deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, under supervision from BCBA/RBT-S.

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or RBT-S supervisor
• Recruiting and assessing potential clients to determine eligibility for services

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
