Job summary

Dream Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA/PBS under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and help families and caregivers.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, collaborative team environment, and opportunities for professional development in autism-specific therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing BACB RBT certification.
• Experience or willingness to provide behavioral interventions under supervision.
• Strong communication and data-tracking abilities.
• Comfort working with children with ASD in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA and PBS in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral interventions, including prompting, reinforcement, and redirection.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including data collection and reporting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
