Job summary

FronteraCare in New Mexico is seeking compassionate RBTs to work with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will support therapy, reinforce skills, and document progress to help each child thrive.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, clear communication, and consistent data collection. Training and benefits accompany a full-time position, with growth opportunities in ABA.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move from seated to standing quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BCBA supervisors to provide therapy that supports learning and development.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach goals.
• Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention implementation.
• Foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
