Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is essential.
• Must engage in physical activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies for learning.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to engage with clients physically

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
