SoaringHigh ABA in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
