BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team serving children with autism in homes and community settings across Kansas. This part-time role offers flexibility, immediate pay options, and opportunities to learn with a supportive clinical team.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, document progress using electronic records, and collaborate with families to promote independence and positive behavior. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of the clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
