Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Kansas. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA services with children, providing evidence-based interventions and supporting independence.

We offer Same Day Pay, part-time schedules, opportunities for advancement via BCBA schooling partnerships, and access to a robust clinical team. Paid training provided; flexible hours and the chance to choose cases with no minimum caseload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
