Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings near Bel Aire, KS. The role offers flexible, part-time hours and opportunities to advance within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in-process before working.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Experience in ABA is a plus but not required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Offer flexible scheduling and work with clients in homes or community locations.
