Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Kansas. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behaviors.

We offer part-time positions with Same Day Pay, paid training, and opportunities for fellowship or internship hours. You’ll work with a supportive clinical team and gain valuable experience in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building plans.
