BK Behavior seeks dedicated RBTs to join our Springfield ABA team for part-time home and community-based services. You will deliver individualized ABA sessions, support client goals, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

Candidates must hold a High school diploma or equivalent and an active RBT certification. Willingness to learn, patience, and a calm demeanor are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
