Job summary

BK Behavior in Springfield, MO is seeking a seasoned RBT to join our ABA team for a long-term commitment. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans with the goal of independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team. Training is provided; prior RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
