Acclimate ABA in Springfield, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and help clients progress through data-driven sessions.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, a supportive team of BCBAs, ongoing training, regular recognition, and generous health coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
