Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD in North Carolina. You will apply ABA-based behavior plans, collect data, and assist with ADLs under BCBA supervision.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay ($24–$28/hr) and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a strong team culture. RBT certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with data collection and recording.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans.
• Ability to work with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs); maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance.
