Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in North Carolina. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, support individualized care plans, and deliver direct patient care to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver’s License required.
• Data Collection experience.
• Completion of a 40-hour course.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
