Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, assist in care plans, and provide direct therapy under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
